We provide interior décor and styling services in the United States rather than physical goods. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for our design consultations, full-room design, and event styling services.

We are located at 625 N Shepard St, Anaheim, CA 92806, United States, and serve clients across the United States for residential and commercial interior styling, room design, and event décor. This return and cancellation policy applies to all such services.

Consultations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a design consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a new time. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee as set out in your booking. This applies to clients in the United States.

Design and Styling Packages

Once work has begun on a design or styling package (full-room design or event styling), fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before work has started, we may refund any deposit or advance payment in part or in full, depending on the circumstances. Specific terms will be confirmed in your service agreement.

Purchases Through Us

If we source furniture or décor on your behalf as part of our interior styling services, returns are subject to the policies of the individual supplier. We will share relevant return information at the time of purchase.

Geographic Scope

This return policy applies to interior décor and styling services provided in the United States. Clients in California and all other U.S. states are subject to this policy for design consultations, full-room styling, and event décor services booked through us.
